My touchpad isn't working

If you're touchpad isn't working, here are some things to try:

 

  • Wipe the touchpad with a cotton cloth, such as a t-shirt, and try again
  • If you're on a Windows laptop, look for a toggle touchpad key in the function row (it may look different on your device):
