Use touchpad gestures on a Chromebook

There are a few convenient touchpad gestures that can make using your Chromebook a bit quicker. Here are some of the most useful:

 

  • Swipe to the left or right with three fingers to switch between the tabs at the top of the screen.

 

  • Swipe up with three fingers to quickly see an overview of all open windows:

 

 

  • Tap with two fingers at the same time to right-click and open a menu with more options for most items:

 

 

  • Swipe to the left or right with four fingers to switch between multiple Desks, if you use them.
